This samurai trained his mind to die, and became unstoppable.

Fear disappears when you accept the worst-case scenario.

Yamamoto Tsunetomo (1659–1719) was a samurai of the Saga Domain in Japan who is best known for the Hagakure (meaning "Hidden by the Leaves"), a fundamental text on Bushido, the "Way of the Warrior."

Tsunetomo argued that a samurai should be prepared to die at any moment. By choosing death in every situation where a choice exists, a warrior remains pure and focused, free from the hesitation caused by self-preservation.

What would change in your life if you truly had nothing to lose?
